this week damn crazy. mon - run 4rounds stadium. tues - 2.4km wed - amk to bishan back to amk thur - 4rounds stadium friday - 8rounds on threadmile with haziq. sat - knocked out sun(today) - 8rounds threadmile.
knn run so much , still same weight. hahahas. oh well , it takes a few weeks.
anyways saw a friend at the gym today. haha i'm waiting for remus to master his hands. before we go try out MT. saw something that i could try out. haha shant say what.
